Im not sure where to put this...

I had my first baby in April, I was exclusively breast pumping for just over 3 months, and exclusively formula feeding now.

While still EPing I had 2 bouts of bleeding - didn't seem like a true period to me but I guess could have been - really don't know. Last bleed started 1st June for a few days.

I've had nothing since. No periods no bleeds nothing. Just mood swings, off and on nausea, and a lot of negative pregnancy tests.

Really just getting fed up wondering where my period is and when I'll get my cycle back. Google unhelpful. I have booked a smear test today and will chat to the Dr or Nurse about it but really wanting people's experiences with when your periods came back after stopping pumping or bfing. It's really getting me down.

Hello. I've been EBF since my DD was born in February and aside from a small period after a few weeks, I've had absolutely nothing!
It's annoying not knowing where I am with my cycles but it is normal from what I've heard and it might just take a while for the hormones to settle back down again.
I'd be interested to hear what they say but I imagine it's just a time thing unfortunately.

When DS was 8 months old I got the coil. At that point my period had not returned and didn't until after I had the coil removed.

Hello both thanks for your replies. I don't know why but I thought once I stopped pumping my body would 'recover' and I'd get my period pretty soon. I've even been trying to gain weight as I've lost too much weight since the birth. It seems like nothing's working.
