Posting here for traffic and Cos I wasn't sure where else to put it!
We are on holiday in Bulgaria, absolutely loving it here. We have seen some new apartments for around £23000. Seriously thinking about buying one and letting it out as a holiday apartment and staying in it a couple of times a year.
Has anyone bought in Bulgaria before? Are there any pitfalls? Things we haven't thought about? DH is going to meet a property agent tomorrow and have a look round a new complex, we have looked at service charges, cost of a cleaner at the end of each stay, I'm sure there will be taxes we don't know about yet!! Will the actual admin part of letting it out be a total pain?
Would be grateful and thankful for any input!
