to wonder what this rash is?

Woke up Saturday morning after spending Friday evening outside at a BBQ with about 3 little spots on my neck, thought originally bites. Gradually throughout Saturday and yesterday I developed more, mainly in pairs, on my neck, arm, back, and tops of my thighs. I now have about 15-20 in total. Yesterday I began to feel unwell with a very sore throat, headache and shivery. A couple of the spots have blistered (pictures attached).. been trying my GP surgery all morning, lines engaged. Worried it's infectious as DSis is currently pregnant. Any thoughts / suggestions? (I will obviously speak to my own doctor but just looking for advice)

Are they itchy or sore or painful?

Impetigo starts as spots, then blister before spreading. Can’t remember if I felt unwell with it though.

Does sound quite like chicken pox to me?

Kind of a bit of both, itchy but then also sore to touch. Have had chicken pox though which is what makes me think it's not that.

Have had another little one pop up on my wrist which currently is flat and shiny but very itchy

You can get chickenpox more than once.
