Without giving away too much details there is a court case looming in regards to residency of my DH 3 DDs, have been living with us for last 18 months, previously with her but life was chaotic and definate parenting concerns which we would have witnesses for. Within the last 18months his ex has had very little involvement, only recently went to solicitor as we refused to hand them back (because they didn't want to go back to her) have had many comments on how happy they are now, more settled, better routine etc. Just wondered really if anyone had much experience in residency cases and how likely a judge is to give residency to DF over DM?
I live in Scotland (know laws etc are different here) and children are 7,8,10
