To phone hospital

I’m 35 weeks pregnant with identical twins (mcda) since last night I had shooting pains in my vagina. Is this a sign of babies getting ready to come out? And do I phone my maternity unit to tell them what’s happening?

If you're ever in doubt, call the hospital. They won't mind and would rather make sure you're all safe than take the risk.

I would ring just for advice. They’ll either tell you to go in or reassure you.

Actually just got off the phone to maternity and because both girls are head down, that’s what causing the pain
