To use old sky dish bracket for washing line?

Our washing line has been attached to the wall since before we moved in 13 years ago. It has just popped out of the wall. I don't really have a lot of diy skills and wondered if our old sky dish bracket would be strong enough to attach it to.
Does anyone have any advice please?

We no longer have sky and don't plan to again.

Only way to find out is try it, don't make the first load hung out whites just in case
