Just that really
We see everyone at the end of the road
When every option has been exhausted
It's a privilege and a horrific harbinger of what's to come in some shape or firm fir all of us.
Sad thing is in London at any rate the workforce has been decimated the standard of care has really dropped-we will take anyone with a PIN number to work with us.
Compounding this is the amount of vexatious complaints we get
I'm in my early 50's would hope to die at home when the time comes but without distinct nurses this cannot gaoien .
I feel so sad

Sorry to hear you are feeling like this. It must be emotionally exhausting for you. You should feel you are part of a team not working in isolation.

have friend in similar field in London - pretty much anybody with (massive amounts of) experience has been made redundant and replaced with new graduates. And not just London.
