With the call centre who have been calling my number for the last five years and who won't listen when I tell them they have the wrong number.
It's a credit card agency (one I have never heard of) and I get multiple texts each week of the 'where is our money?' variety and now calls as well. Either someone has deliberately given them the wrong number or they are so thick they can't input the number correctly.
Today I have been told that they can't delete my number due to GDPR reasons! What utter bull. Surely the breach is that they are contacting a third person with details of their clients account? Not that I know their client.. but, Danielle, if you are out there please pay your card and sort your phone number!
I am a pensioner and rarely use my phone, it is for emergencies only so when it rings I assume the worst and panic. I don't need this. How do I stop them?
