I have just spent the past year of the UAL Level 3 Extended Diploma in Preforming Arts (Acting). Although I have enjoyed the year, due to my mental health there have been a lot of ups and downs regarding both my coursework and attendance. Today I found out that through our group chat that results had been given. However I checked both my personal and college email to find that nothing had been sent. I rang the college immediately to find out if a mistake had occurred (sent it to a wrong email etc) I was told that “unfortunately at this moment in time, they where not in a position to realise my grades”. When I asked why they told me that they could not “disclose” this. They also couldn’t tell me when I would receive my results either. Needless to say, I have spent a good majority of the day crying and panicking that I have Filed

It hasn’t helped that the rest of my class, has been bragging about how well they did on social media, which just makes me feel more shit! I just feel that it would of been courtesy of them to let me know. Not that it’s particularly relevant, however I do have ASD, meaning I do have moments of anxiety. What I would really like to know, is is this legal/common for colleges to do this.
