i have just booked a holiday through love holidays. Ive seen a lot of mixed reviews and also had a bad experience with holiday gems earlier in the year. Has anyone had any experience with love holidays? worried they may launch a price increase on me!

I'm confused why you booked the holiday if you've read mixed reviews and had concerns. ...Confused

I always use love holidays as you can pay in instalments. They’re great. My SIL works for a major travel agents and uses love holidays over them. Obviously make sure you have googled the hotel separately on trip advisor etc but don’t worry about the company themselves

i should explain that a couple of friends have used them but i stupidly googled them after booking and receiving a pending confirmation email as i panicked!

I’ve used them, absolutely no problems.

We usually book with them and have done so this year too. I like a) you can speak to a real person, b) you can pay in installments online.

I think they make things as clear as possible and their website and customer service / sales reps are really good.

I've booked with them 3 times and recommended them to others who've gone on to book - no issues at all, don't worry!
