Ok, I think I have to see the GP because i am miserable, I have piles, I think, theres pus, and now I couldn't sleep last night, have a sore throat. What is a treatment at home? It's been 5 days of this!

If there's pus you may need antibiotics if it's infected. Just go see your GP, they see this sort of stuff every day.
