Swearing at kids activities

My 8yr old DS has played for his football team for the past 2 years. Always had no problems, lovely lads and a mixed age group/interests amongst the parents.
Lately 1 or 2 of the boys are using a lot of swear words.
AIBU to mention it to the coach and ask him to relay to the parents politely that swear words are unacceptable? Or would you be annoyed if you were a parent and you received a similar message?

YANBU at all; if the ref hears them they'll be penalised, so better for the coach to know and resolve it before they reach that point.

And no, if either of my DC were the ones swearing on the pitch I'd be mortified but I'd try to make sure they'd never do it again. Parents who can't deal with their DC ever being in the wrong are not the sort who raise team players.

Why wouldnt the coach talk to the children themselves? (and advise the parents he's done so)

Display - yes that would be a good idea. As long as the parents are aware so they can enforce it outside of football too
