To expect pants not to get stuck up my arse

It seems every style/brand of underwear ends up in a wedgie within minutes!
Does anyone else have this problem? any suggestions for brands?

Go commando, or wear loose fitting mens boxers.

gamerchick · 14/07/2019 15:46

Go a size up?

murasaki · 14/07/2019 15:53

Thongs. Then they are already up your arse and you don't have to worry about it.

Yachiru · 14/07/2019 15:57

I've tried women's boxers, and they roll up my thighs. And still get a wedgie.im wondering if I've got a weird body type. Not worn thongs in years! I'll try a bigger size

This style, with a bit of spandex, does not creep up the arse. Purchased on a market stall.

elQuintoConyo · 14/07/2019 15:59

Thongs. Can't feel they're there. I have h&m basic ones in black and white, generous coverage of the undercrotch, generous coverage of my bush (some thongs are so small they only cover one pube - great if that's all you've got!). Immensely comfortable.

In skirt days I'm commando Grin

Dotty1970 · 14/07/2019 16:00

I'm the same and boxer types roll up.... Its the incredible urge to get them out of your 'crack', in public I'm struggling with it because I find it so uncomfortable I just have to quickly reach down there and flick them out 🤔

TapasForTwo · 14/07/2019 16:02

No. I buy high leg cotton ones from M and S. I am pear shaped and chunky of thigh so they stay put.

trinity0097 · 14/07/2019 16:02

High waisted knickers from Sainsburys never cause me any problems.

trinity0097 · 14/07/2019 16:02

I meant high leg, not high waisted!

Mileymileymoomoo · 14/07/2019 16:05

Tesco granny pants. Not attractive but very comfy.

AnyFucker · 14/07/2019 16:06

Are you Rafael Nadal ?

KurriKurri · 14/07/2019 16:06

I buy tesco cotton briefs one size larger than I take - and they never go wedgie - I think pants shrink in the wash so a size up allows for that.

22Giraffes · 14/07/2019 16:07

My current faves are Morrisons full briefs Blush

Babyblues052 · 14/07/2019 16:08

Big massive granny pants. No joke, they will go nowhere near your crack, and be sooo comfy.

pepsimax20bigger · 14/07/2019 16:09

I wear full briefs and don't have this issue (my bottom isn't very impressive though so maybe it's that)

CloudRusting · 14/07/2019 16:10

Full briefs are your best bet. I like the John Lewis ones the best.

Yachiru · 14/07/2019 16:13

Thanks for the suggestions! I will 'splurge' on some thongs and granny pants.
@Dotty1970 im constantly ducking into toilets to pull my pants out my butt

AnyFucker · 14/07/2019 16:14

😁

BlueCookieMonster · 14/07/2019 16:15

Granny pants, they’re not pretty. But I’m never as sexy as I am when I’m comfortable.

CoraPirbright · 14/07/2019 16:16

Cath Kidston ones have a very wide gusset & I think this is why they don’t give me a wedgie.

HalyardHitch · 14/07/2019 16:17

I haven't changed size pants but have recently lost 11lbs. I now get wedgies constantly with the same pants that used to be comfy! So frustrating as they now look better fitted but don't feel it

ItMustBeBedtimeSurely · 14/07/2019 16:18

I have literally never found pants that don't disappear up there, even m and s giant knickers. Cannot bear the feeling of thongs.

Perhaps it's an arse shape issue? My arse is definitely, ahem, shapely.
