NC for this I have not posted in a while.
But I have to ask the question,
Is mumsnet the place where the old school bully’s hang out?
Seriously because I have noticed when lurking and reading posts the amount of nasty sly bullying replies that I have notice is absolutely unreal!
Genuine people come on here seeking real answers instead I have witnessed judgy nasty sarcastic comments pulling down the op and anyone that sides with them?
Now that school is over I’m guessing this here on Internet forums is where they get their kicks?
Or are the nasty ones the REAL daily fail reporters?
FYI I am not a troll just someone who is curios, are the mumsnet bullies the reporters?
No I am not trying to goad people.
Honesty this site used to be lovely but since the daily fail steal threads it has massively changed.

Judging by the number of posts that say "as you're so perfect" or "she's just jealous" i get the impression there are a lot of junior school bullies, yeah...

Mumsnet has gotten bigger over the years and of course that means your going to get a wider audience, some of those will be bullies/journos. I do think that the majority of posters are decent people in rl, but their answers are going to be skewered by their own experiences.
Someone complaing about their diamond shoes being too tight might just be catching someone on a bad day.

AIBU is just a bunfight.

I came back here after a few years and yes it has gotten more punchy.

I don’t think it’s overun with school bullies tho.
