To have a rant about motorhomes

They are the bane of my life from the Easter holidays right through to September.

Hundreds and of bloody arseholes who clog up the roads because they don't know how to drive on single track roads in a normal car never mind in a fuck off big van that they only drive for one week of the year

Well - they're a step up from cyclists clogging up the roads IMO.

Don't tar us all with the same brush!

I expect you wish motorhome owners do the same as my neighbour. Buy a big brand new one £55k+ and sit it on the drive, mostly going nowhere ! 😂😂

OP I feel the same way! Where I live the roads are an utter nightmare with campervans and forestry trucks - at least the trucks know exactly how wide they are!
We end up with convoys of up to 30 cars sat behind a lazy bastard in a caravan driving at 30/40mph. JUST PULL IN AND ALLOW OVER TAKING YOU SELFISH TWAT!

We have the opposite problem though. They all seem to think they have to stop at every lay-by to let every single oncoming vehicle by despite the fact they have 20 cars behind them and now everybody's stuck.
Or there's also the one's that slow down to a crawl every time they pass someone even when there's enough room to get a lorry through.
Or the complete and utter cocks that decide that lay-bys look like great places to park

I live on a very narrow lane that 2 cars can't get past each other but I regularly pass the bin lorry and tractors etc, whoever is nearest the passing point just reverses, all very civilised no nonsense. Motorhomes though just stop in the middle of the road expect you to do all the manoeuvring even if there is a passing place 10ft behind them and yours is 100m away, they also refuse to let any grass touch their wheels and make you practically drive through hedges to get past. I hate holiday season.
