My son is 3 months old tomorrow, he would breastfeed, unlatch, turn his head and close his eyes. Now that's not working and it's effecting how much time I can spend with my toddler. Would like to know how others for their babies to sleep so I can try the tips!

At 3 months i used to just put baby in her cot after feeding awake and she would go to sleep.

Sometimes she would whinge for a couple of minutes, but 90% drop off to sleep within 10minutes

I cuddled mine to sleep in a dark room. After a feed, lay on my chest to wind (my bf dd still needed winding) swaddled in a blanket (dd1 wanted the swaddle tight, dd2 preferred her arms out) then I just held them.

Lay them in their cots or Moses basket carry cot whatever you’re using.

At 3 months my DS was still not going to sleep for his first night stint until about half 9 so he would nap on me or DH until we all went to bed. Which is wholly unhelpful to your situation, I know.

Now he is 1 he is cuddled to sleep with me or DH in a rocking chair and sung to.
