I live in a naice community. People who live here are normally quiet and considerate.

Woman has been parked in her Audi outside for over 40 minutes smoking and talking to someone. With the engine running.

WTF is wrong with people? Why park up with the engine running?

Air con? Heating? Phone charging?
Ignorant arsehole?

It’s illegal and more people need to know it’s illegal.
