I have smoked haddock in the fridge that was use by the 2nd of July. It looks fine and smells fine. Would you eat it?

Just to add it's uncooked so would cook it really well

Yes.

MustardScreams · 04/07/2019 16:22

If it looks and smells fine then yes. Don’t overcook it to the point of dry - bluergh!

Food doesn’t know it has a sell by date, smell, look and taste are what we should be using.

SpunBodgeSquarepants · 04/07/2019 16:22

For sure.

Not fish or chicken but I would vegetables. It’s probably fine though.

Would smell it carefully but probably fine

Busybusybust · 04/07/2019 16:42

Yes. Smoking is a way of preserving food.

LaurieMarlow · 04/07/2019 16:44
