Hi there, I am on day 2 of low carbinh but just wondered if I could tell you what Ive had and see what you think...

Yesterday
Breakfast 2 boiled eggs
1 coffee with cream

Lunch: tuna mayo almonds and peperami

Dinner:
Red and yellow pepper, tuna steak, some grated cheddar, tomato, green leaves and sour cream.

Loads of water.

Today:

Breakfast: bowl of Greek yoghurt with cream and 4 raspberries

Lunch: 2x tomatoes, 3 slices salami, 3 slices leerdammer low fat, some prawns.

Dinner: just about to have roast chicken with cauliflower rice, green beans, mayonnaise and avocado

Is this looking okay?

Yes, it looks fine to me. I wouldn't bother with the low-fat cheese, just get normal, because it helps to keep you feeling full. Although I wouldn't add the cream to the yoghurt, because it does have more sugars in. Just yoghurt and berries is a good low carb breakfast.

Yes, but watch your portions. One major reason people get low carb wrong is because they think they can eat loads of other stuff!

Didntwanttochangemyname · 02/07/2019 19:49

And why would you add cream to greek yoghurt?

Chillijamntuna · 02/07/2019 22:48

cream to greek yoghurt because it's nice and low carb!
