Seriously

It’s hot.

And Mother Nature decides now is exactly the time for hot flushes.

Seriously...I think I may combust.

Mother Nature is a hard faced bitch as far as I'm concerned.

Same issue as you.

Disfordarkchocolate · 29/06/2019 21:14

I suffer in anything hotter than 18, dreading hot flushes.

Here's the thing though - Reynaud's.

I can turn tomato red in the face, have beads of sweat dribbling down my top lip, but still have relatively cold hands.

That freaks a lot of people out.

Anyone who has ever been through infertility, childbirth, rape or even menstruation knows Nature canNOT possibly be a womanGrin

Sorry to gloat, but Mother Nature only ever gave me hot flushes in the dead of winter, and it was better than a heated blanket.

Totally feel for you ladies. I had horrendous periods though, so I prefer these swings to those roundabouts. Massively.

I was with you on Saturday. Thought it would kill me. I ended up up sleeping in front of the patio door.
