Worried about dd setting habits

My dd is 12 in year 7 at school for quite some time now she's refused to eat breakfast. Ive just realised I can't remember the last time she ate a proper evening meal nd that she's just pushing the food around her plate. I've just checked what she's had for lunch on the app and Tues she had nothing Wed Thurs and fri she's just bought a bottle of flavoured water. I don't know how to handle this I don't want to get it wrong. I've sat down and talked to her about setting properly in the past but I'm getting more and more worried.

Yes, that sounds like it's becoming a genuine problem. Try and talk to her about why she isn't eating. Ask if she would be willing to get some help. She's old enough to know that it isn't okay to regularly miss meals.
