I returned some items I bought online last week Friday, I sent them back 2nd class recorded at my local post office, well according to the tracking number my parcel is still at the post office! Aibu to think it should have been sent by now? Has this happened to anyone before? Obviously I’m on the phone to Royal Mail to try to find out what’s happening but been on hold for ages so just wondering if this has happened to anyone else? I can’t get my refund until it’s been returned
