Worried about DC (sorry tmi)

Ds was brushing his teeth this morning and coughed up this . He's otherwise healthy and happy. Should I be worried?

Does he suffer from hay fever?

Not that I have noticed. He sneezes sometimes but doesn't have the bunged up nose or anything

How old is he? Does he pick his nose...? He may have caused a little tear inside that has clotted and scabbed and now come free.

If in doubt though, off to the Dr's...

@SoundsAboutRight Sometimes he picks his nose . I will keep an eye on him over the weekend. He's 7
