Living room layout - diagram

AIBU to want to replace the sofas as I feel they are too big for the room and overlap slightly.
I've only just brought them but I'm stressing that they look stupid in their current layout.

Could the larger one be positioned on the window wall or would it block the window?

Is one a 3-seater and one a 2-seater?

Any radiators to take into consideration?

If you put both sofas facing each other (so one had a door behind it, would that leave enough space for a coffee table between them? Is the door on the right to the kitchen?

Or one sofa under window and keep the other facing it?
