to ask whether your young DS play FIFA?

DS wants to play FIFA on the ipad (mobile FIFA, if that's a difference). he's 8. My concern is other players online, potential for messaging. Since Im a bit of a luddite, I have read up about it and can't see a way of him playing it without being online with others.

Does anyone else use it and have managed to disable all potential messaging and contact beyond playing a game with others?

My children play it on the Xbox (might be different) and never interact with any other players. I think we might have switched it off, but I can’t remember.
