AIBU to think teeth are bastards?

I hate the bloody things. They hurt coming through, they hurt coming out, they hurt when you've got them, they hurt having root canal/extractions, etc. I just feel fucked over by them, more so than any other body part. Absolute bastards.

Maybe but I wouldn't want to be without mine all the same.

I dread the dentist. Cost is a big thing . They can tell you anything and you are at their mercy. Whilst we need them to eat, and look decent, they do cause pain .

Yes so much pain caused by teeth. And imagine how it was before modern dentistry was available. Loads of people must have died from dental abscesses leading to septicemia etc. It must have been horrific.

You would think that nature could have come up with something better really.
