A family court or was made by the judge today, it was totally against what Cafcass advised. Is there anything I can do?

I would say you need legal advice not mn.

I know someone who got a judgment against Cafcass simply because she disputed a lot of the points and won.

No one can comment on your post based on that little information

I dont know if this will help but theres loads of info on this page;

''If you intend to appeal a decision of the family court you must normally do so within 21 days of the decision (unless the judge who gave the decision provided a different time limit). You need the court's permission to appeal. You can request permission from the judge who made the decision.''
