Social Media at Preschool

A little back story. We've had a lot of problems with 'miscommunication' with my DD Preschool. I'm currently looking at putting a complaint in.
I have had emails go unreplied to and had emailed asking for their head offices details (still yet to have a response so will be asking again when I go to collect DD)
Me and DP don't have Facebook.
I had gone onto their 'open' Facebook to see if the head office details were on there and found photographs of my DD on their page. - from 2018!
When I first signed up to the Preschool we had written that no photographs are to go on social media / newspapers / etc

AIBU to go to ofsted to report this? What do I do!

You need to call them on it immediately. You have not given permission for her image to be shared.
