He'd be an embarrassment full stop in Downing St. Has a brain but doesn't actually use it other than to benefit himself. Doesn't care about making stupid mistakes but that have terrible consequences for others (e.g. Nazanin Ratcliffe who is still in prison because he couldn't be arsed to do his job properly). So I won't be the least bit surprised if he is also crass enough to move his latest shag in. It's all cringeworthy.
