To wonder where my period is?

I’m 10 days late. Did a pregnancy test when I was three days late which was negative.

I had all the signs that I was going to come on in the 2-3 days before my period was due, like a change of mood, feeling hyper critical of myself, cramps that woke me up from sleep and then just nothing. So that’s like 13 days ago now.

3 days ago I had a tiny bit of very pale pinkish brown discharge when wiping but on that occasion only, and nothing since.

I’m on Desogestrel, but admittedly have been a bit rubbish taking it a few times the last month, I.e. have taken it 2 hours outside of the twelve hour window on 2-3 occasions I think, and I missed one pill completely but don’t think we even had sex within the following 48 hours it would take to regain protection.

There’s literally no point to another test at if i’ve already had a negative since my last period was due is there?

I think I would do another test TBH.

Test again.

Okay, I actually had a rummage round and found another test, just did it. Still negative so i’m still non the wise on the whereabouts of my period!

How long have you been on the pill for?

QueenofPain · 17/06/2019 17:18

Since around October last year. Periods lasted weeks on end to begin with, then they have become more regular, maybe now they’re stopping altogether.

Hi OP. Don’t mean to worry you but I’ve never had a positive pregnancy test yet DD is asleep on my chest as we speak.
My periods were always hit and miss so I would get yourself to a Doctors just to make absolute sure. Could be a diet thing?
