Light hearted (kind of) just in need of a Monday rant, took the day off work and paid extra for a delivery today. A b’day pressies for my son. Sat waiting in got an update email.... we will attempt to deliver between 11 and 1. Sat waiting no vehicle pulled up or anything but then got another update saying they were sorry they missed me and would attempt delivery again tomorrow so I rang Hermes 5000 different help numbers TIL I got through to an actual human being who says the driver couldn’t deliver to restricted access! I’ve never had this before especially as no one has even come to the gate so fuming I am and it’s only Monday ........
