Hi my baby is 8 months old and I'm a bit worried about her but I'm not sure if I need to be.

She has been asleep since about 4.30 this afternoon. She woke after about an hour, really crying, quite a sore cry took almost 10 mins to calm her down she was cuddled into me for a while then I put her on the floor and she played with a toy for 5 mins or so then was trying to stand up so brought her up with me on the couch and she fell asleep again and I put her in the travel cot next to me thinking she would wake again soon for her dinner as it was 6pm by this time.
She did wake again about 7 so I left her playing while I went to sort her dinner and get a drink for me and her but when I came back she was lying down rubbing her eyes and falling asleep again. Iv just took her up to bed an hour ago and changed her nappy and gave her a bottle she was kind of awake during this but quickly went back to sleep.
Now I'm worried as she hasn't been awake for any length of time since 4.30 which isn't like her though any time iv moved her she has slightly woke so thinking she is probably fine.

On occasion She has fell asleep just before dinner, about 6.30, and slept through the night including bedtime routine but she's never fell asleep that early before.
She isn't great at napping through the day and only had about 20 mins nap this morning and she is teething at the minute so her sleep has been disturbed recently so maybe she is just really tired as there's no temp, rash or any other signs of anything being wrong just really sleepy.

I realise this is a bit all over the place but just trying to explain what she has been like this evening, would you be worried and have her checked over or does this sound normal?

Does she have a temperature or rash? Plenty of wet and dirty nappies? And feeding ok?

If all ok then keep a close eye on her.

If she is only napping for 20 minutes in a day she is probably just tired. Things can change with them so quickly. My 14 month old is now sleeping for 3.5 hours during the day. At some stages she has been sleeping just 45 minutes. As long as she is eating and temp is fine, I would just enjoy it (and be prepared for a 4am start to the day tomorrow...)

No temperature or rash, checked her over when getting her ready for bed, nappies have been as normal. She has taken her bottles but she would usually have a snack about 5 when we have dinner then her dinner about 6.30 which she has slept through.

I'm hoping it is just lack of naps and restless nights due to teething catching up with her. She is usually quite an early riser anyway so can see me being up with her at 2am or some equally ridiculous time, which I'm sure will affect me more than her tomorrow , but at least I will know she is OK.
