Anxiety in hospital/gp practice

Hello everyone,
I have had this.problem for many years now. I went from being a relatively carefree teenager to a worried anxiety sufferer when it comes to my health or others'.
I seem to get panicky when at the gp waiting room and worry about many things like will they be annoyed at me cause I am being a nuisance etc. It is even worse when I am i hospitals as I inevitably associate bad things and bad endings to being in a hospital. I would so much like to be like one of those perfectly cool and calm patients that just take medical appointments for what they are as I do get into a loop whereby I am nervous, them become more nervous and almost cause what i am more worried about to happen eg being sent for further checks as the doctor gets worried.
I am currently looking to register for a gp locally, I am in the wandsworth area and would be curious to hear if any of you has a god experience with a caring and patient gp in the area who can be tactful and understanding of people with health anxiety. I am pretty much only anxious when it comes to visiting a gp/hospital. Other than that I am.ok!
Would be very grateful for any help!!
xx
