I’ve booked to go to Europe for a week in July. Got the confirmation email plus a link to log into my Tui account where I can apparently print travel documents (and presumably boarding pass nearer the time) only to find the link/app doesn’t work.
I flew British Airways recently and had no problem downloading the app, getting the boarding pass on my phone etc. AIBU to think that a big company such as Tui ought to have a working ruddy app? Looking at the website, there are loads of people saying the app doesn’t work.
