Mysterious letter in Braille, no return address?

Am a bit about this. A letter through the door this AM addressed to DH and I with two copies of a letter inside all in Braille.

Neither DH or I are blind, or know anyone blind, and I can't think of what it is. Return address is a PO box. Is this an edgier kind of glitter bombing? Have I somewhere ticked a box saying we're both blind? Anyone read Braille here?

As the return address is a PO Box type I'm guessing it's from a company who have wrongly marked down that you and DH are visually impaired and need info from them in Braille. Google the PO box address and it should give you a clue as to what company it is.
