I know there are a whole load of nanny agencies out there, but I’m so underwhelmed with the CVs and interviews I’m doing to find a nanny for my DC.
I wondered if anyone had an agency recommendation or advice on where best to source someone who is very good and experienced?
The candidates I’m being given just don’t meet the mark (e.g. unable to cook, not particularly bright, jumpy experience with little longevity in any one job).
It’s a good sole charge role for 2 young DC with a very good salary. I’m not sure what I’m missing to find a good fit.
Any advice would be very welcome. Thank you
