How to download episodes on Netflix on Laptop?

Trying to watch on laptop and it keeps freezing. I can download the episodes on the app on my phone, but I can't just using the website it appears?

Is there a way to download them prior to watching?

What operating system have you got? Does your laptop accept / use apps?

Windows. I am using the website?

Windows 10?

Have you got a slow connection? I imagine it streams less bits to a phone, but I may be wrong.

I don't think you can download for later viewing, but I may be wrong there as well. I am just struggling to get a show to start playing at present.
