I've just had copious vomiting and had to run to the loo several times.

I have a large workload this week. Should I go to work tomorrow?

Feel weak.

No!

kaytee87 · 04/06/2019 18:47

No, of course you shouldn't. You could make someone else ill. (Unless you're pretty sure it was food poisoning?)

IHaveBrilloHair · 04/06/2019 18:48

No

Sparklesocks · 04/06/2019 18:48

No, you most likely wouldn’t be up to it and it wouldn’t be fair on those you might make sick.

BedraggledBlitz · 04/06/2019 18:49

Of course not, get well soon.

gingerbiscuits · 04/06/2019 18:49

Of course not - you'll give your bug to your colleagues!

thelonggame · 04/06/2019 18:51

No. Our workplace rule is 48 hours off after vomiting

Auramigraine · 04/06/2019 18:52

nooooooo

MidsomerBurgers · 04/06/2019 18:54

NO!

48 hours clear from your last symptom before you return to work!

Yellowpolkadot · 04/06/2019 18:55

If you’re a teacher... it’s easier to go in 🤷🏻‍♀️

bordellosboheme · 04/06/2019 19:05

It may have been a large lunch coupled with work stress or food poisoning... It came on 1 hr after lunch. But can't be sure...

Don't be so selfish.

BigGapMum · 04/06/2019 19:07

Could you work from home if you feel well enough?

bordellosboheme · 04/06/2019 19:07

I work in a university not a school
