AIBU to wonder how many weddings are showing the football right now?

Article in local paper had two rivals having a screen at a wedding.

Any partners snuck out?

Been at a party all day today but home and exhausted. Football on. I don't even like it that much.

There was a thread a few weeks ago about a wedding today and the B&G had sent a message saying football would not be shown. Most of the bridal party and guests were Liverpool fans

It's amazed me how many Spurs/Liverpool fans have come out the woodwork this last week!

Our wedding (14 years ago), was on the same date as our teams first match of the season. We liaised with the venue, did jigging around of timings and it was all ok, we were happy for it to be in the TV in the bar and because we were relaxed about it all none of our guests went on the turn with us.

I was thinking about that thread, earlier today.

I’m a football widow.... I loathe it, so glad when it’s end of season. Sometimes I feel like I’m being unreasonable but it just takes over everything😢anyone else feel the same?😱

Interested to know how the wedding got on from a few weeks ago.

They've been mentioned by the bloke updating the BBC website, as the game is so dull.
