Hi, sorry I know it’s not an AIBU but I’m slightly panicking.

This is positive isn’t it? The line is very faint so I’m not sure? We already have two DC under three and did not plan to have a third any time soon (my youngest still wakes multiple times per night). Gosh I feel sick and like a bloody idiot for letting this happen... anyone get a reading like this and end up not being pregnant? (Clutching at straws)

That's positive.

Astrid0208 · 31/05/2019 10:47

Its positive, congratulations. Your youngest might start sleeping better. Still got 9 months. Fingers crossed!

MyKingdomForBrie · 31/05/2019 10:52

Definitely positive! Sorry OP.

Shallowhals · 31/05/2019 10:52

Oh I was afraid you’d say that...

Yep that’s a positive. Whether it’s faint or not doesn’t matter, it’s still picking up the hormone.

gamerchick · 31/05/2019 11:01

That's a clear positive OP.

jaseyraex · 31/05/2019 11:03

Definitely positive OP. Remember you do have options if it's not what you wanted. Hope you're okay.

CobaltRose96 · 31/05/2019 11:31

Yes, that’s positive. Sorry OP.

There are options if you don’t wish to continue the pregnancy. Good luck Smile

Thank you everyone. I’ll have to wait until DH gets home from work and discuss it I suppose. I know he’ll want to go ahead with it (he’s uncomfortable with abortion) but will ultimately support me in whatever decision I make. Although I do fear he would harbour thoughts of disappointment/resentment if I did take that route... but I can’t control that I suppose.

Thanks again for taking the time to reply.

Didnt even have to squint, saw the line as soon as it loaded. Hope everything goes ok with DH. X

Congrats! If you wanted a third child then I'd say go for it, get all the sleepless nights out of the way in one go! 💐

HeartContainer · 31/05/2019 12:08

If hes going to put pressure on you to keep or harbour resentment I would abort without him knowing if that's what you want.
