Urgent question regarding norethisterone

Hello, stupid me didn't read the instructions clearly and instead of 1 tablet 3 times a day I have been taking 3 tablets once a day. Now I am panicked. Have taken them for 6 days and finished yesterday. What should I do. I am on holiday so I can't go to my doctor. X

I've definitely done the same thing before and lived to tell the tale.
