Been having cravings for an old school frozen cappuccino pie my nan used to buy. In the 90s.

Found this recipe but am in the UK so no pudding mix. I have Dr Oetker vanilla pudding mix but that should be heated. Will that mean it won't set (no cook recipe) or should I nip out and get angel delight and give that a whirl?

I would use the pudding mix you have and make it up according to the instructions on the packet but using the milk, coffee and cream as in the recipe as the liquid for it. Then do the rest of the recipe as it says.

You need angel delight as that's the same as American pudding (ish)

How daft I hadn't even considered doing it that way! It usually uses 500ml of milk for the one I have but will see if i can play around with quantities (trying to convert everything to UK!)
