I feel like a proper moaner but as a family we rarely spend any time going for days out, walks or anything when my husband is off work.

I end up feeling resentful and upset. More so, when I see friends post on social media if their family days out creating memories with their husbands doing the same job as mine.

I'm on maternity leave that will end soon. Even when I plan to do anything it ends up falling through or he is too tired or wants to just sit at home watching telly to relax.

It really grates on me.

YANBU. My DH isn’t interested in family stuff so it’s normally just me and the kids. I always make sure they’re doing fun things and interesting things even if DH would rather stay at home. At least then I know that the kids aren’t missing out
