To be in a bad mood today and not know why?

Just that really. No real big issues. Not depressed. No PMS.

Just feel like a snippy cow today and no reason for it!!

Anybody else like that or is it just me sitting raging with everything today?

Oh do you know what I’m the same. I’m feeling really unlike myself today. No PMS, I’m a bit tired but nothing major and I feel really short tempered today.
I feel like I need a long bubble bath and an early night! Might just do that!

Well my 14 year old daughter is across from me on the sofa sulking. She says she doesn’t know why either. Just an off day I guess!

I have days like that sometimes, usually something minor is bothering me and I can't think what it is till it's gone so like the other day I was in a snippy mood all day and as soon as i got my work Rota (which was late) so I knew what I was doing for the rest of the week I cheered up but until I got my Rota i didn't know it was that that was bothering me.

Glad to know I'm not alone!

Thought maybe it was the sun making an exit but I've already been out for a lovely long walk today so who knows.

Maybe should just hide for rest of day to avoid launching missiles 😂😂😂

Heres hoping the rest of the day picks up!

Sometimes I think we just wake up on the wrong side of the bed, for reasons or not! Can you do something nice to cheer yourself up?

WeirdAndPissedOff · 26/05/2019 14:07

Its frustrating when it happens, so you have my sympathies OP.
As a pp said, often there is a little niggle at the back of your mind somewhere that you dont know is bothering you.
Otherwise, I find that tiredness can do it. Apparently needing a poo can as well, though I've not experienced this personally!

Hope you feel brighter soon, in any case!

For me it's because there is no sunlight it's gone very gloomy outside and it really affects my mh!

Samind · 26/05/2019 16:28

Same

Chilledout11 · 26/05/2019 16:32

I've cried most of the day. In bed here wishing the weekend away. Hope you feel better soon.

mimibunz · 26/05/2019 16:36

There’s a line from the movie Mr & Mrs Smith “People need killin!” and that’s how I feel today.

Graphista · 26/05/2019 17:09

Might be a moon thing.

I know the sceptics will scoff but ask anyone who's ever worked in emergency services about working on a full moon!

It's currently almost full so irritability and impatience are not uncommon.

dudsville · 26/05/2019 17:27

When I feel like that I take some complex b vits and magnesium-OK.

I seem to be having a weekend during which idle talk is beyond my current capacity.I'm tired and need to lunge in peace. And take my vitamins!

dudsville · 26/05/2019 17:28

I also organised my shoes and jeans storage and have just decided to stretch two jumpers I don't wear often enough. I've enjoyed silently googling how best to go about this.
