I work in an intense finance job in London, three years post graduating. I’m not on crazy money (36k) but the last three weeks I have been in the office until midnight daily with my current team, getting work thrown at me from s directions. This isn’t a life! Previous assignments have been generally long hours too but not this bad. I am single and have had to cancel all evening plans, including with someone I was dating and ultimately things didn’t work out. I’m 27 and want to have fun too! I feel like I’m really not properly remunerated for this and feeling really fed up. Can anyone help?
