Neighbour and hedge

Ok so I'm sat in my living room with the t.v full blast as I can't hear a bloody thing cos my neighbour has decided at 9pm to cut his front garden hedge with a really loud hedge trimmer
Is this normal behaviour or aibu?

Meh. Unless he does it every day I wouldn't get het up about it.

If he’s still going at 11 there’s a problem (mainly that he’ll chop his arm off in the dark). Otherwise it’s probably best written off as one of the inevitable consequences of not being a lighthouse keeper.

I can't imagine it will take him long or he does it often, so I wouldn't be concerned.

No he doesn't do it everyday Thankgod I think I'm just having a bad day and everything is annoying me
