Out in the garden enjoying a glass of white wine and a tiny bug has fallen in and died...would you fish it out and drink the wine or chuck it?

I'd drink the wine then suck the bug.

BooksAreMyOnlyFriends · 23/05/2019 20:12

Fish it out and drink it.

TipseyTorvey · 23/05/2019 20:12

Fish it. Drink it. I'd feel sad if it was a ladybird or a bee though..

churchthecat · 23/05/2019 20:16

Eat the bug, extra protein.

GlitterPixie · 23/05/2019 20:20

Drink it the alcohol will neutralize any germs

mbosnz · 23/05/2019 20:25

The bug won't have drunken much. Fish 'em out and carry on. Be happy knowing the bug died happy.

floraloctopus · 23/05/2019 20:32

Done. WIBU to have a second glass to ensure that any germs have been killed? Grin

Just drink it, some alcohol may evaporate whilst you're fishing it out

WinkyisbackontheButterBeer · 23/05/2019 20:36

Thieving little bastard!

mbosnz · 23/05/2019 20:36

You must, most definitely, chase it down with at least another glass.

You don't want to know how much gin my father downed after swallowing a fly. . .

geekone · 23/05/2019 20:37

Ladybirds give me the heebyjeebies 🐞 🤮

Redcherries · 23/05/2019 20:37

Free protein!

Bunnica15 · 23/05/2019 20:38

My brother once used ‘ice cubes’ in his drink.. in actual fact it was frozen baby food his partner had put into an ice tray to later de-frost for their baby.. he was pretty drunk at the time and I believe it took him a while to work out what the extra substance was in his beverage.. rumour has it he carried on regardless 👀

floraloctopus · 23/05/2019 20:48

Ladybirds are lovely but not in my wine.
Baby flies...nasty bastards when they steal my wine.

ChampooPapi · 23/05/2019 20:54

@Bunnica15 hahahaha! men honestly. My male friend did the same but he used frozen cauliflower. He had dug around in my chest freezer and by 'feel' assumed it was ice.

The bastard put it in mine too! he was asked to make one drink and he couldn't even manage that. He drank his of course too!

ChihuahuaMummy1 · 23/05/2019 20:56
