To ask about this rash on my 4yo?

Posting for traffic.

LO was diagnosed with possible viral tonsillitis yesterday. Since then his temperature has risen above 39, his eyes look sore but aren't gunky, and this morning he woke up with a rash behind his ears, lumps on his forehead and on further checking a rash on his torso and neck. Photos attached. He's irritable but ok otherwise. A slight cough developed last night too.

I’m not a doctor, but a rash behind the ears and on the torso may be measles, however I would be making another doctors appointment to confirm exactly what is wrong, as you should never ignore a rash in children.

I hope he feels better soon.

Thank you. The GP saw him straight away this morning and reassured me it was viral. I was worried about rubella but he's fully vaccinated so knew it was unlikely.
