Posting here for traffic...
So I have just noticed this rash come up in the last hour or so. It isn't overly itchy but it's definitely raised and sensitive to touch.
I have health anxiety and am panicking here, does anyone have any ideas??

Looks like an insect bite or an allergic reaction. Did you brush against some plants? Some can set you off. It'll go. If you have piriton, take some.

Looks like hives. I had hives once, once only, lasted a few days...didn’t know why, think it was following a cold/virus. Was on my legs. It really stressed me out, but it just went and has never returned!

Have you ever has psoriasis, because it looks like pustular psoriasis?

Pretty sure that’s shingles, love. See GP today and you can have some medication to prevent it getting worse. Take care x

Looks like prickly heat to me.

Take an antihistamine and put a cold flannel (or wad of kitchen roll) on it, it'll probably go down as quickly as it came up.

Hives - try hydrocortisone cream or calamine lotion & take antihistamines 😊

OP, if you have health anxiety I don’t think this is going to help - everyone is going to say it’s x, y or z, which they already have. Take an antihistamine and if it’s still hanging around see the GP. I used to have awful health anxiety so I do understand, but whatever it is, it’s just a rash, nothing sinister xx

If you don't have any if these a cold tea bag will help
