to want a comfortable office chair

Wrong topic but couldn't figure out where to put this so went for the busiest topic.
I am currently using an Ikea office chair here, has no arm rest . looks nice but jesus I now have such a sore back.
I work from home 75% of my week and need a supportive desk chair that doesn't cost a fortune ..any recommendations?

I got my chair from Staplea (they are now trading with a different name) my chair has arms and is comfortable. I hate an office chair without arms.
